Since George W Bush's reign the US debt and deficit has increased exponentially. More recently, the Federal Government has been forced to spend heavily to try and overcome the economic devastation wrought by the Coronavirus epidemic.
During his campaign President Biden repeatedly claimed that he would raise taxes for those making over $400,000 annually. Is it time for Biden to implement higher taxes on the 'wealthy' in order to control the skyrocketing US debt and deficit?
