“It’s not Antifa, it’s MAGA. I know, I was there” – GOP leader tells Trump on call

House Minority Leader and avowed Trump loyalist Kevin McCarthy pushed back against the President after the two men shared a phone call to discuss the waning days of Trump’s Presidency. McCarthy was said to have described the call as difficult with Trump sounding off again that the election was fraudulent, with the California Congressman having to interject: “Stop it. It’s over. The election is over.”
Later, in their 30 minute phone call, an exasperated McCarthy was forced to intercede again after Trump began a conspiracy diatribe that last Wednesday’s Capitol Hill assault was actually instigated by left wing agitators with McCarthy responding:
“It’s not antifa it’s MAGA. I know. I was there.”
