Trump to hold campaign style rallies as he prepares legal challenge to Biden’s victory

Pollemix News – November 08, 2020
According to Axios, President Trump is seeking to revive his campaign style rallies in order to galvanize his fans as he looks set to go as far as the Supreme Court in order to overturn Joe Biden’s presumptive victory. Trump’s advisers are split into two camps with reports that Jared Kushner amongst others have implored the President to step down, whilst others have egged Trump on to cast doubt over the election result and push for an investigation into voter fraud claims emanating from the right wing media sphere.

Trump plans to use the rallies to plead his case to fans that he actually won the 2020 Election but widespread voter fraud denied him a second term and that he would be pursuing litigation to overturn the result. The Trump team is hoping that the rallies will have a dual effect, bolstering Trump’s fan base and collecting contributions to the campaign coffers to fund litigation in the states he lost including Arizona, Georgia, Michigan and Pennsylvania.

Although publicly Trump’s team has shown a united front, behind closed doors a number of the inner circle are skeptical that a legal challenge alleging such co-ordinated and widespread voter fraud will be successful, however, with the President adamant that he is not prepared to concede it seems inevitable that the planned court challenges and rallies will go ahead as planned.
