President Biden recently appointed a commission to investigate whether his administration can add additional judges to the Supreme Court and introduce term limits among other reforms. Republicans are adamant that the highest court in the land should not be tampered with, however, Democrats remain bitter over the GOP preventing Obama appointing Merrick Garland's appointment in 2016 and Trump replacing liberal icon Ruth Bader Ginsberg in 2020 with Amy Coney Barrett.
